RolodexROI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our referral directory platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect information such as name, email address, and profile or business details you choose to provide, plus authentication data managed by our auth provider.

Lead form submissions. When someone requests a callback or submits a lead on a public Rolodex page, we collect the information they provide, which may include name, phone number, email address, and message content.

Referral event data. We process data related to lead submissions and referral tracking on the platform (for example, timestamps, network and contact associations, confirmation status, and payout-related fields as applicable).

Usage data. We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device or browser type, and pages viewed, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service; authenticate users; display Rolodex pages; deliver and track lead form submissions; send transactional and operational emails (including through our email provider, Resend); process referral tracking and related notifications; comply with law; and protect the security and integrity of the Service.

How We Share Your Information

Lead form data is shared with the contact business to which the lead was directed and with the relevant network owner as necessary to fulfill the referral. We use service providers (such as hosting, authentication, and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your personal data or more information about our practices by emailing privacy@rolodexroi.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to retain certain records where required.

Communications & TCPA Consent

By submitting a lead form on a Rolodex page, you consent to be contacted by phone or email by the relevant business regarding your request, including using the number or address you provided, which may include automated or manual calls or texts to the extent permitted by law. You may revoke or limit consent as described in the Opt-Out Rights section and through communications from the business that contacts you.

Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of certain communications or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@rolodexroi.com. Marketing emails, if any, will include unsubscribe instructions where required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails related to your account or leads may continue as necessary to operate the Service.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@rolodexroi.com and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
